The room was tidy with AC and balcony, we enjoyed our time there. Lots of food for breakfast, which was affordable and satisfied everyone. - the location was convenient, not too far away from Urithi Tanga Museum.

Getting a Wheelchair Accessible room with Wifi and balcony was not a problem. the venue has a comfy location pretty close to the town center. - It's nestled in a new building just next door to the bus stop and Tanga.

The staff here were amazing! They gave me awesome recommendations for my travel adventures in Tanzania. The rooms were just the right size for a solo traveler like myself and the hot showers were a real treat. The location was perfect, with everything within easy walking distance. I felt safe walking around at night to nearby restaurants. Another great advantage was the delicious breakfast offered at the hotel, and they even let me order lunch and dinner too!

That as a non-resident, I had to pay a bit more than the locals. The rooms were clean and nice, but compared to other places I stayed at on my trip, they were a bit smaller and more expensive.

phyllen hotel was a pleasant surprise! after a not so great experience in tanga before, this overnight stay exceeded my expectations. the rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. highly recommend for a hassle-free stay.
